⏱️ Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after you receive your order-confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (USA)
Cost: Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Estimated Delivery Time: Within 7 days from the shipment date.
We select carriers based on weight and destination to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
🚴♂️ Europe Shipping
Cost: Free shipping to all EU/EEA countries and the U.K.
Estimated Delivery Time: Within 15 days from the shipment date.
🌍 International Shipping (Rest of World)
We ship worldwide! Rates, carriers, and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Typical delivery time ranges from 10–25 days. Remote locations may require extra transit time.
💰 Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees (including VAT) are assessed by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
Please consult your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
🔍 Order Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to you within 48 hours of shipment.
If your tracking link is not yet active, please allow additional time for the carrier to update their system.

📬 Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes via USPS when possible.
For oversized or high-value orders, a physical street address may be required to ensure safe delivery.
