How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
You can also track your order using your order number and email address.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes or cancellations before the order is processed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout.

🚚 Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 5–7 business days after shipment.
  • International: Varies by destination, typically 10–25 business days.

Shipping carriers and rates are automatically calculated to ensure the best delivery option.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
Return shipping is free if we shipped an incorrect or defective item.

All Pulse Powersports products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

For product assistance, assembly guidance, or warranty claims:

  • Email us your proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • Our support team will review your claim and provide a solution quickly.

Please note that normal wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered.
