🛒 Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply add your desired items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the secure payment steps. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before processing begins.


🚚 Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times appear at checkout. Delivery to most countries typically takes 10–25 business days.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping is free if the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways, and we never store your full card details.

Do your products require assembly?
Some larger or adjustable fitness products may require light assembly. Step-by-step instructions are included with the packaging when needed.

How do I choose the right resistance band strength?
We recommend starting with a lighter band for beginners and progressing to stronger resistance levels as your strength and control improve.


🛡️ Warranty

What does your 12-month warranty cover?
Our 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

To file a claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos or videos of the issue.


👤 Account Management

Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view order history, save addresses, and track shipments easily.

I forgot my password — what should I do?
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to securely reset your password. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email.
