📦 Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA: Approximately 7 days from the shipment date.
  • Europe: Approximately 15 days from the shipment date.
  • Worldwide: Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

We ship internationally, and shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their local authorities.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase to qualify.
